Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ABAP-based solutions that leverage SAP HANA capabilities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Architect scalable and high-performance solutions using best practices in ABAP programming and SAP HANA development.

- Lead and mentor ABAP developers, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.

- Optimize and enhance existing ABAP programs to improve performance and maintainability.

- Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

- Work closely with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP HANA environments.

- Provide technical leadership and expertise in ABAP and SAP HANA to support project teams and initiatives.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in ABAP development with a strong understanding of ABAP programming concepts and techniques.

- Experience architecting and implementing solutions on SAP HANA platform, including HANA database modeling, SQLScript, and HANA XS.

- Proficiency in ABAP development tools such as ABAP Development Workbench, Eclipse ADT, and SAP HANA Studio.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points, including FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- SAP certifications in ABAP and/or SAP HANA are a plus.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus.
