Job Description:As a C++ Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of C++ software applications.You will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of C++ projects.

Overall responsibilities:Leading the design and development of complex C++ software applications.Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Overseeing the architecture and implementation of C++ projects.Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver efficient solutions.Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.Resolving technical challenges and providing innovative solutions for C++ projects.Leading performance optimization and memory management efforts in C++ applications.Keeping up to date with the latest C++ best practices and emerging technologies.Driving continuous improvement in the C++ development process and tools.Serving as a technical point of contact for the C++ development team and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of C++ programming language and its application in software development.Mandatory hands-on experience in Cards Domain.Proficiency in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting C++ code.Hands on C/C++ development experience is essential, as is exposure to the full software development life cycle.Should have hands on experience and thorough knowledge in STL, BOOST understanding of data structures and algorithms.Must have expertise in programming under Windows/UNIX/LinuxWorking knowledge of development tools such as debuggers, profilers, and tracing utilities.Experience with IPC including socket programming.Hands on multithreading experience, including race conditions, deadlocks, debugging, etc.Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills, with a logical and pragmatic attitude.Real-time data Processing, performance tuning/optimization (a plus).Working experience in MYSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL would be plus.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, Git.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Adaptability to handle changing project requirements and priorities.
