Job Title: ETL Engineer – Python + SQL + Azure (Offshore, 4 Yrs Exp)

Location: Offshore (Remote/Client Project)
Experience: 4+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ETL Engineer with strong SQL expertise, ETL tools (SSIS/SSRS), and Azure experience. The ideal candidate should be able to design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for enterprise-level systems while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
  • Update and enhance ETL processes to integrate data from policy administration and other systems
  • Build and manage data extracts for finance, accounting, and business functions
  • Work with SSIS/SSRS as the primary ETL tool
  • Implement SQL-based extraction and reporting solutions
  • Deploy and manage ETL workflows on Azure cloud platform
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize large datasets and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of ETL development experience
  • Strong SQL proficiency (advanced queries, optimization, stored procedures)
  • Experience with SSIS/SSRS for ETL and reporting
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data integration
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud applications and services
  • Good understanding of ETL workflows, data modeling, and cloud-native tools
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
