Yuyiii is an Online Travel Platform which showcases Hand-Picked Stays, with Real Untouched Photos and Videos shot by our in-house team and In-depth reviews by Travel Experts. We have 15k+ registered Travellers and 100+ Curated Stays for Getaways around Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.

Yuyiii’s vision is to be a Travel Platform which Pure Passionate Travellers Love and Rely on for Discovering Hidden Jewels ranging from Boutique Resorts, Fort Hotels, Wildlife Lodges, Homestays, Swiss Tents to Luxurious Tree Houses in ‘Un-Spoilt’ Destinations for their Weekend Getaways and Vacations across the Globe; we don’t believe in Boundaries.

Yuyiii is looking for a Guest Relations Associate who will help the team with the following:

(If we had to strip off the formality with Job roles and Designations, we would call this Role as a ‘Happy Traveller Associate’)

What you will do:

- Interface with the signed up Travellers, expected tonality to be professional yet friendly- Regularly work on upgrading product information in terms of new Destinations and new Stays curated on the platform- Maintain consistent communication with the Guests and Enquiries through online & offline platforms- Maintain Daily Reports on Sign-ups, Follow Ups and Bookings.- Send Emails to reply to signups or confirm Bookings- Liaison with Properties to check for availability, block or confirm Rooms- Help in Calculations for Bookings and sending Payment Links- Maintain Healthy Relationships with Sales Reps of Properties- Ensure smooth check-in at the Property for the Guests booked from Yuyiii- Actively Collate feedback from Guests who have stayed at the Property- Share feedback received from Guests on Yuyiii or Properties with the respective teams

Experience in OTAs or Timeshare companies would be preferred.
