We are looking for RPA BusinessAnalyst with 35 yrs Years of Experience for our esteemed client forMumbai Location.
KeySkills: Visio BPMN Automation Anywhere ProjectManagement

Roles andResponsibilities:
1.Partner with internal and external stakeholders by analyzingprocesses and assessing feasibility for automation. Also confirmcurrent metrics by baselining the process and compare them withprojected future state metrics.
2.Analyze understand and document business processes in detail forthe purpose of RPA deployment.
3.Participate in various types of interviews meetings or workshops todefine optimize and document processes to configure RPAsolutions.
4. Leverage processimprovement experience to streamline and optimize processes for RPAimplementation.
5. Be able toquickly recognize waste opportunities for improvement and quantifyboth as a metric.
6. Deploy amultidisciplinary approach (i.e. machine learning Gen AI toolsbusiness analytics etc.) to solving businesschallenges.
7. Contribute tobuilding a repository of tools playbooks and bestpractices.
8. Requires minimalsupervision on medium to large scaleprojects.
9. Be an advocate forprocess improvement and processautomation.
10. Open to work fromclient location
11. Open to workon the 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays of the Month.
Requirements 1.Effective communication skills; listening written and verbal;ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical andnontechnical stakeholders.
2.Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as MS SuiteExcel Power BI Aha etc.
3.Excellent interpersonal communications skills: strong written andverbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear andconcise manner to all levels within theenterprise.
4. Track record ofmeeting and/or exceeding established client project and performancegoals.
5. Demonstrated ability tolearn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined orstructured.
6. Strategic andanalytical thinker able to move seamlessly from highlevel conceptsto details and solutions without muchguidance.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor s degreein business administration Computer Science Engineering orInformation Systems or related.
2.Worked with Automation tools like UiPath or AutomationAnywhere.
3. Worked with VisioBPMN or other Process mappingcompetencies.
4. 3 to 5 years ofrelevant experience in Bankingdomain.
