Job Description

Required Skillset:

As a Core Blockchain Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching Layer 1 custom blockchain The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Ethereum, extensive experience in Polygon edge, and in-depth knowledge of consensus mechanisms. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to implement and optimize blockchain solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.Lead the architecture and development of our custom Layer 1 blockchain.

Must have Polygon edge knowledge

Implement smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and other core blockchain components.

Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Integrate specific features and functionalities into the custom blockchain.

Implement cross-chain communication and compatibility with Ethereum-based assets.

Apply deep knowledge of various consensus mechanisms, with a focus on POS, POA and POW, to enhance the security and performance of the blockchain.

Evaluate, implement, and optimize consensus protocols for the custom blockchain.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including blockchain architects, front-end developers, and QA engineers.

Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.

Strong programming skills in languages like Solidity, Go, or Rust.

Experience with blockchain security best practices and optimization techniques.
