Graphic Designer Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate design and print media. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design print materials for various marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Use your expertise in typography, layout, and color theory to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Interpret project briefs and brand guidelines to ensure that designs align with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Work closely with printers and other external vendors to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of printed materials.
  • Utilize software such as CorelDRAW to create and edit vector graphics and illustrations for print media.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in print media design, as well as advancements in design software and technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on print media.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
