1 Student Guidance & Support "Guide students with subject understanding, study strategies, and exam preparation techniques.

Monitor academic progress and support weaker students through remedial measures."

2 Attendance & Absentee Follow-up "Track daily student attendance and maintain accurate records.

Follow up on absentees and communicate with parents to ensure consistent participation"

3 Records Management "Maintain updated student academic data, performance reports, and attendance logs.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling academic records."

4 Examination Support & Invigilation "Coordinate and assist in the smooth conduct of internal tests and examinations.

Perform exam invigilation duties and ensure adherence to exam discipline."

5 Classroom Management Manage classroom allocation and readiness as per timetable.

6 Material Distribution Ensure timely distribution of academic materials such as Daily Practice Papers (DPPs) and other learning resources as per schedules to the students

7 Student Engagement & Retention Rate "Motivate students to build strong academic foundations and maintain discipline.

Implement strategies to improve student retention."

8 Performance Tracking & Reporting "Conduct assessments, monitor academic progress, and generate performance reports.

Share insights with parents and management for timely intervention"

9 Fee Collection Coordination Track student fee status and ensure on-time course fee collection by coordinating with accounts and parents.

10 Discipline & Event Coordination "Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.

Support in organizing academic events, workshops, and enrichment programs."

11 Review Meeting Participation "Actively participate in academic and operational review meetings. Provide feedback and updates on student progress, attendance, and administrative matters."
