Architectural Draftsman

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and project specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge, spatial understanding, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate working drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
• Interpret architectural designs, sketches, and specifications provided by architects or engineers.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Make revisions to plans as requested by architects, engineers, or clients.
• Assist in creating 3D models, presentations, and visualizations to support project approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of drawings.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, as required, to collect measurements and verify design details.

Employer Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural drafting tools.
• Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, and relevant codes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
