Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Philippines, supporting our global clients in the Accounting industry.ABOUT THIS ROLE:We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant with strong experience in US Accounting Practice. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate/junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clients.WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Prepare and review US Individual, Corporate, and Partnership Tax Returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)- Perform General Ledger Reconciliations and prepare detailed workpapers- Assist in year-end Accounting, Financial Statements, and adjusting journal entries- Collaborate with Senior Accountants/Managers to finalize client deliverables- Ensure compliance with IRS Regulations and US GAAP- Support and review the work of junior team members when required- Utilize US Accounting and Tax software such as QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Ultratax, or LacerteWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:- 5+ Years' Experience in a US Public Accounting or CPA Firm- Strong understanding of US Tax Laws, Accounting principles, and compliance standards- Proficiency with US Accounting and Tax Preparation software- Ability to manage client deliverables with minimal supervision- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesWe live by our values to cultivate and foster growth and innovation.BE AWESOME: Exceptional individuals create collective genius.
