Position Overview: Person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing Gainsight enhancements.

This will include working with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop software solutions to support process effectiveness and efficiencies.

Individual will also be accountable for managing defects and enhancements throughout their respective lifecycles. Roles and Responsibilities:

* Work with new team members to create new accounts in the on-boarding process. * Assist users with training related issues as questions come up. * Work with Enterprise Data Warehouse team to test and validate data which needs to be ingested into Gainsight. * Directly participate in the analysis, configuration, modifying and implementation of Gainsight for both defects and enhancements. * Demonstrate good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of Gainsight. * Work with Business Team members to collect detailed Business Requirements and Process Flows to then create a Functional / Technical Spec for review. * Perform solution designing, requirements definition, functional design, testing and implementation of IT solutions. * Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes. * Comply with regulatory and change control requirements and processes.To work ILS shift is India Late Shift… start late in the evening IST and provide coverage in PST with few hours overlap in the morning.. usually 4pm PST to 12:30pm PST

Skill/Job Requirements:

* 4-5 years of Gainsight Admin experience. * Experience with implementing Gainsight enhancements. * Experience working with business end users, leading blueprint design workshops, mapping business process to IT system solution with standard functionalities. * In depth knowledge of standard Gainsight functionality such as: Success Plans, Playbooks, Call To Action, Customer 360, Customer ScoreCard. * Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes * Good verbal and written communication skills
