Position: Senior Purchase Executive - Pharma

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Hyderabad


Job Description:

  • Identify new vendors/manufacturers promptly via emails & phone calls.
  • Gather price quotations for APIs & Intermediates from at least three vendors/manufacturers and prepare comparative statements for vendor finalization.
  • Maintain alternative vendor options through continuous market research.
  • Liaise with existing/new vendors for API & Intermediate procurement and provide documentation support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and in-house warehouse for timely stock arrivals and quality checks.
  • Review purchase requisitions from various business teams and initiate purchasing procedures.
  • Procure all materials, services, and works contracts required for Mechanical/Electrical departments.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Establish timelines, shortlist supplier options, prepare purchase orders/contracts.
  • Develop vendors through product development visits and submit weekly visit reports.
  • Solicit quotes, manage procurement processes, prepare purchase orders, analyze bills, and generate reports.
