Role Description

CommandHQ is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on cutting-edge projects, focusing on developing scalable and high-performing web applications. Your role will encompass both front-end and back-end development, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions.
  • Optimize front-end performance , ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across devices.
  • Implement back-end APIs and integrate third-party services for robust application functionality.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance application performance.
  • Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications, leveraging cloud solutions for scalability and reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and assist in managing application deployments.
Preferred Skills and Expertise Must-Have Skills
  • Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
  • Expertise in front-end technologies, including React , HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
  • Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
  • Knowledge of AWS services , such as S3, Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB, or RDS.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL for efficient data fetching.
  • Exposure to Docker and containerized application development.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for streamlined development and deployment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, web development, or similar applications is a plus.
