Position Summary:

Roka Dating and Matchmaking App, a fast growing app in the dating and matrimony industry, is on the lookout for a seasoned Machine Learning / AI Expert. This role demands an individual with a profound understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, boasting at least 5 years of pertinent work experience, especially within the dating, matrimony, or similar sectors. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic force, eager to harness technology to refine user experiences, enhance matching algorithms, and spearhead the next wave of growth for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model Development and Optimization: Craft, deploy, and fine-tune machine learning models and algorithms aimed at boosting matchmaking precision, user engagement, and the overall platform experience.

- Data Analysis and Insights Extraction: Sift through large, complex datasets to unearth insights and discern user behavior and preference trends.

- Collaborative Integration: Partner with product and engineering teams to weave AI solutions into the Roka app fabric, ensuring smooth rollout and scalability.

- Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and methods with potential to elevate our competitive stance in the dating and matrimony domain.

- Solution Translation: Engage with stakeholders to digest business needs and mold them into technical blueprints that fuel growth and innovation.

- Data Integrity and Security: Uphold the utmost integrity, confidentiality, and security standards for all data handled by AI Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5 years in crafting and executing machine learning models and AI solutions, preferably within the dating, matrimony, or akin industry.

- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, and acquainted with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical abilities with a knack for parsing large datasets and converting business challenges into technical remedies.

- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with natural language processing, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems highly favored.

- Communication and Teamwork: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
