We are looking for a skilled Printer Technician to join our team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of printers (A4, multifunction, large format, and flex printers). The technician will also handle basic troubleshooting and provide customer support for printer-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure new printers at client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair printer hardware and software issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
  • Maintain service logs and reports.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma or equivalent in Electronics/Hardware/Networking.
  • Freshers can apply. Experience in printer servicing can be preferred (Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Brother, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of networking and drivers/software installation.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service.
