Their Centre for Adv AI focuses on building scalable enterprise AI and Gen AI based solutions for various industries such as - Financial Services, Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Communications, Heath & Public Services, and Products. The Applied AI Research and Innovation Group, is focusing on foundational and applied research in the various fields of AI & Gen AI, Model building/training/finetuning, Agentic AI, etc. to develops offerings which can be utilized for complex and challenging client delivery projects. Role: Senior Manager - AI/ML - Computer Vision Manager will Develop applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing. Understand LLM fine tuning techniques such as PEFT, Lo RA, QLo RA etc. Develop evaluation frameworks for model safety, bias, and performance. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like policy and Responsible AI teams to ensure responsible AI practices, consulting team to provide technical depth in AI, studio team to position our findings for client pitches, business team to arrive at a research roadmap, academia and industry partners for pushing the research boundaries. Develop an internal AI talent and foster a culture of continuous learning across practice and organization. D . in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics and Statistics from premium institutes like IITs, IISc, IIIT and ISI Overall experience 10-12 years and Relevant experience (post Ph D) 5+ years. Experience with evaluation metrics and safety benchmarks. Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems and feedback collection. Multi Modal AI Model Building and Fine tuning
