About The Role

We're looking for a talented fresher or junior Website Designer with 0-1 years of experience who combines creative vision with an eagerness to learn conversion-focused design. You should have a passion for creating visually compelling websites and a strong desire to understand how design drives real business results. The ideal candidate is curious about user behavior and excited to learn how to translate that understanding into websites that convert visitors into customers.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduate in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent portfolio demonstrating design skills
  • Strong foundation in web design principles, responsive design, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with web technologies and eager to learn no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer
  • Basic understanding of user experience principles and interest in learning about conversion optimization
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback and mentorship
  • Portfolio showcasing personal projects, coursework, or internship work demonstrating design thinking and creativity
Key Responsibilities
  • Learn to design high-converting websites for various businesses and clients
  • Support senior team members in client projects and understand business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape
  • Create responsive web designs under guidance and mentorship
  • Assist in developing design systems and component libraries
  • Collaborate with no-code developers to learn implementation best practices
  • Participate in design reviews and learn to iterate based on feedback and performance data
  • Stay current with web design trends, conversion optimization basics, and emerging technologies
  • Grow your skills in creating compelling digital experiences for clients
