About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in modern web technologies to lead the development of cutting-edge SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web API, and C#.

This role demands strong leadership, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for building scalable and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Define and enforce best practices in front-end and back-end development, architecture, and code quality.

- Provide technical direction on architectural decisions and modern development tools and practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented effectively.

Front-End Development :

- Oversee the design and implementation of user interfaces using Angular.

- Ensure front-end applications are responsive, maintainable, and performant.

- Seamlessly integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.

Back-End Development :

- Lead the development of server-side applications using .NET Core and C#.

- Design and implement robust and scalable Web APIs.

- Architect and optimize the back-end to meet high performance and reliability standards.

Database Management :

- Work with SQL Server to design, implement, and maintain the database layer.

- Optimize queries, database schemas, and ensure data consistency and integrity.

- Leverage advanced SQL skills for performance tuning and troubleshooting.

SaaS Application Development :

- Architect and implement multi-tenant SaaS applications with high availability and fault tolerance.

- Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to maintain system health.

Agile Development & CI/CD :

- Lead Agile development practices and ensure efficient workflows.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.

- Advocate for and oversee automated testing for quality assurance.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, APIs, and systems.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a focus on SaaS applications.

- Strong expertise in Angular for front-end development.

- Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and Web API for back-end development.

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server for database management.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices (AWS or Azure is a plus).

- Experience with version control systems like Git and Agile methodologies.

- Understanding of software security best practices.

Soft Skills :

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

- Ability to balance technical excellence with business goals.
