Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Implementation & Customization Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing ERP solutions, with hands-on experience in Sage X3. Alternatively, experience with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central will also be considered. This role involves a deep understanding of financial accounting, business processes, and the ability to adapt and streamline ERP workflows to meet organizational needs. As part of this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems, manage system configurations, and develop customized solutions that enhance the efficiency of business processes. The position requires technical expertise in various programming languages and platforms, including Addonix 4GL, Javascript, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB. Key Responsibilities : ERP Implementation & Customisation : - Lead the implementation and customization of ERP solutions (preferably Sage X3, or other systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central). - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system specifications. - Customize ERP processes and modules to enhance functionality, including adapting financial accounting and business workflows. - Configure and optimize ERP systems to ensure maximum efficiency and user satisfaction. System Integration & Data Management : - Manage the integration of third-party applications and modules into the ERP system. - Ensure data consistency and integrity during the implementation process. - Perform system migrations, data mapping, and integration tasks involving both internal and external data sources. Programming & Development : - Develop custom solutions and enhancements within the ERP system using Addonix 4GL language (similar to Visual Basic) and JavaScript. - Create and maintain database structures, scripts, and queries in Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB. - Design and develop custom reports using Crystal Reports 16 or later to provide business insights and performance tracking. Support & Training : - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. - Offer end-user training on system usage, custom features, and reporting tools. - Assist with system updates, patches, and ongoing maintenance. Documentation & Compliance : - Document all customizations, integrations, and configurations within the ERP system for future reference. - Ensure that all ERP processes and systems are compliant with organizational standards and relevant regulations. - Assist in preparing audit and compliance reports. Required Skills and Qualifications : - ERP Experience : - Proven experience in the implementation and customization of ERP systems, with specific expertise in Sage X3 (Addonix 4GL). - Experience with alternative ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, or similar. Technical Expertise : - Strong proficiency in Addonix 4GL (Sage X3) programming language or similar technologies (e.g., Visual Basic). - Solid experience in JavaScript for ERP customization and enhancement. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB for database management and integration. Reporting and Analysis : - Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports 16 & above, including custom report generation and optimization. - Ability to create insightful and detailed reports tailored to business needs. ERP Process Knowledge : - Strong understanding of financial accounting and business processes, including their integration into ERP systems. - Experience in adapting ERP workflows to align with organizational goals. Cloud & Azure Technology : - Familiarity with Azure technology stack for cloud-based ERP solutions, integrations, and system deployments. Problem-Solving and Communication : - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges efficiently. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : - Certification or formal training in Sage X3 or other ERP systems. - Familiarity with additional programming languages or platforms such as C#, .NET, or Python. - Experience in the financial services, manufacturing, or supply chain industries. - Previous experience with ERP system upgrades or system migrations.
