### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the development of a 63-storey residential tower at Neopolis, Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the project from conception through completion, ensuring it meets all operational, budgetary, and quality standards.


### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Leadership and Execution**:

  - Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure phases of the 63-storey residential tower construction.

  - Coordinate and manage the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.


2. **Strategic Planning**:

  - Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.


3. **Financial Management**:

  - Oversee the project budget, ensuring that the project remains within financial limits.

  - Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular status reports to upper management.


4. **Stakeholder Management**:

  - Serve as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders (including clients, community, and government officials) and maintain strong relationships.


5. **Compliance and Quality Control**:

  - Ensure project compliance with all building codes, legal issues, and safety standards.

  - Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the construction meets the highest technical standards, particularly the specifics of Aluminum Formwork (Mivan) construction.


6. **Risk Management**:

  - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.


7. **Team Management and Development**:

  - Manage, mentor, and cultivate the project team, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and professional growth is supported.


### Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant leadership experience in high-rise residential projects.

- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale residential projects using Aluminum Formwork (Mivan) technology.

- Proven track record of completing multiple 30+ storey buildings.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, legal regulations, and building and safety codes.


### Preferred Skills:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

- Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.


### Work Environment:

The role requires working in both an office setting and on the construction site, with frequent visits to the site to monitor progress and resolve issues. This position may involve long hours and some weekend work.


### Career Path:

Successful incumbents in this role may have the opportunity to advance to higher executive roles such as Vice President of Construction or General Manager within the company.
