Key ResponsibilitiesOversee
end-to-end facility and administration operations , including security, transport, budgeting, compliance, and process management.Ensure a
safe, secure, and conducive 24x7 working environment
for employees with zero facility downtime.Lead and manage
a team of administrative staff and third-party service providers.Handle
travel and logistics management
(independently or with support from the broader admin org.)Monitor vendor performance to ensure
high-quality service delivery
within defined timelines; negotiate contracts and manage invoices.Manage all
facility functions
such as office maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, security services, and office build-outs.Drive compliance with statutory norms and internal policies;
prepare for audits
and ensure smooth functioning.Develop and implement
best practices
to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Maintain confidentiality of all employee and client information.Respond to routine inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
The Ideal CandidateExperience:
4-10 years in facilities and administration management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.Skills:
Strong people management, decision-making, and crisis management skills; experience working with remote teams is a plus.Competencies:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently handle emergencies and day-to-day operations.Mindset:
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a hyper-growth environment.Strong knowledge of
local regulations, vendor ecosystems, and statutory compliance
specific to the Gurugram region.Familiarity with
transportation, security, and facility management challenges
unique to the NCR area.Experience in managing relationships with local vendors and service providers.
