About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Tax & Finance Professional/Chartered Accountant/CMA to join our finance team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end tax compliances, strengthening internal audit and control frameworks, and leading a high-performing team of accountants in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Tax Compliances:-- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).-- Oversee tax planning, assessments, audits, and liaison with tax authorities.-- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations affecting listed companies.-- Internal Audit & Control:-- Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems in line with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.-- Conduct periodic internal audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.-- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations for listed entities.-- Team Management:-- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and finance executives.-- Allocate work, monitor deliverables, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.-- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high ethical standards.-- Financial Oversight:-- Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.-- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial decisions.-- Contribute to preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements.-Required Qualifications & Skills- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company.-- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, corporate laws, and financial reporting standards (Ind AS).-- Proven experience in internal audit and internal controls design.-- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.-- High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.-What We Offer- This is a 100% remote work opportunity- Position offered : Principal Associate- Salary range : As per industry standards- Opportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented listed companyExposure to complex financial operations and compliance frameworks.
