This role involves crafting visually compelling marketing assets across print and digital platforms. You’ll play a key part in building our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistent and trend-forward creatives that drive engagement and awareness. Key Responsibilities: Design campaign posters, brochures, social media creatives, and other marketing materials. Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and current visual trends. Prepare high-quality, print-ready assets (understanding bleed, trim, and CMYK standards). Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual ideas for campaigns. Handle multiple design projects like Marketing collaterals, Print and digital media designs and brand UX/UI design. Stay updated with the latest trends in design, social media, and marketing. What We’re Looking For: Core Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: 2–3 years of professional design experience in marketing/branding/advertising. Technical Proficiency in: > Adobe Photoshop > Adobe Illustrator > Corel DRAW > Adobe In Design > Figma Design Knowledge: > Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory. > Understanding of print media design standards and production. Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 2 D animation . Familiarity with tools like: > Adobe After Effects > Adobe Premiere Pro > Canva > Other photo/video editing platforms Soft Skills: Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate effectively. Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
