Required :
- 6+ years of Back-end Development with a Strong understanding of NodeJS, MongoDB and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Microservices, Complex Distributed Architecture with multiple external connections.
- Communication skills and experience leading and managing teams.
- Should handle stakeholder communication.
- Should be a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders, such as project managers and clients.
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibility :
- Designing, developing, and testing new features on said application, taking them live, and supporting them.
- Work with small teams, mentor and guide towards Best Practices.
- Follow Best Practices like Test Driven Design, Unit Testing, Code Readability, Extensibility, DevOps CI/CD etc.
- Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
Essential Skills :
- At least 6 years of Software Development Experience with expert knowledge of MERN Stack.
- Experience in leading a team of developers and delivering under intense deadlines.
- Expert Knowledge of API Design and Development.
- Good Knowledge of Server-Side Technologies and Databases.
- Experience in Containerization and Container Orchestration is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mobile Application development lifecycle, a Plus.
- DevOps experience is mandatory.
