Summary As an Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. This involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for problem-solving, contributing to key decisions, and managing the workflow of your team to enhance productivity and efficiency.Experience: 6-9 years Location: Pune Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to perform tasks effectively Make key decisions and provide guidance to the team Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decisions Develop solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of applications Requirements Requirements: Must-Have Skills + 5 years of relevant experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration+ Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow IntegrationGood-To-Have Skills + Experience with Python on AzureDesirable Skills + Strong understanding of application development methodologies+ Experience with the integration of AI technologies into business processes+ Familiarity with workflow automation tools and techniques
