Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Bengaluru. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their health insurance needs, presenting appropriate insurance options, and facilitating the purchasing process. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relations, explaining product features, assisting with claims settlement, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and market trends
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in sales or insurance brokerage is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
