• Director - FPNA We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director - FPNA to join our team in Gurugram.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Prepare and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Qualified CA or MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
