Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Database Engineer at Ven Analytics Pvt. Ltd. located in Mumbai. The Database Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as database design, data modeling, and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.

ResponsibilitiesDatabase Design:

You will be expected to produce the most optimized data model and implement them for larger databases.Optimization:

On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to work on optimizing database performance and query optimization.Maintenance:

Maintaining development and production environments will be a key part of your job profileETL:

You will be expected to write complex stored procedures and ADF pipelines for data transformation.Quality Control:

Defining data quality parameters and producing daily reports to ensure the KPIs are met.Data Migration:

In the case of database migration, you will be expected to suggest appropriate strategies and implementation plans.Azure:

You will be expected to develop, maintain, debug, and optimize

ADF pipelines for smooth data delivery.Client Servicing:

Carefully understanding

clients data requests and s ervicing the same as per SLA with highest quality.

Technical Skills:SQL technologies like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.Conceptual clarity of RDBMSExperience working on tools like SSMS, PGAdmin4 etc.Understanding of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS is a plus.

Behavioral Skills:Clear and Assertive communicationAbility to comprehend the business requirementTeamwork and collaborationAnalytics thinkingTime ManagementStrong Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:Education:

B. Tech (Comp. Sc, IT) or equivalentExperience:

1+ years of experience in developing, managing and maintaining SQL Databases
