Job Overview:
We're looking for young and fresh brain as part of our TA team for 6 month fulltime internship from our Thane office, with the potential to convert full-time employee based on your performance. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This role provides hands-on experience in the recruitment process and help develop key skills in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Assist in Sourcing:
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain accurate records of applications.
2.⁠ ⁠Screening and Interview Coordination:
- Review resumes and applications to identify the best matches for open positions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3.⁠ ⁠Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
- Update candidate information and ensure the ATS is accurate and up to date.
- Track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
4.⁠ ⁠Employer Branding Support:
- Assist in developing content for employer branding on social media and job boards.
- Help manage online recruitment marketing initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
5.⁠ ⁠Communication and Follow-Up:
- Assist in sending oJer letters and rejection emails.
- Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
6.⁠ ⁠Administrative Support:
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as organizing recruitment files and managing team calendars.
- Support recruitment events, such as job fairs and university outreach programs.
7.⁠ ⁠Data Management and Reporting:
- Assist in creating reports on recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain confidentiality of
candidate information.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in Recruitment/ similar Internship experience.
• Any graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Psychology/Management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/ Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Interest in developing a career in recruitment.
