Required Skills & Experience

  • Workforce Certifications (PT101/PT1012)
  • Extensive experience configuring time & attendance systems
  • Testing experience of HRIS systems (test case preparation, unit testing, etc.)
  • Development experience of workday system rule set - based on labor rules etc.
  • Managing end-to-end development including troubleshooting incidents, actively resolving them or escalating as appropriate
  • Extensive SQL querying and Data analysis experience + report requirements gathering, documentation and writing.

Job Description

As a Workforce Technical Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining system integrity. Your expertise will help optimize workforce productivity and efficiency by resolving technical problems promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and understand customer incidents and requests

- Work directly with internal customers to troubleshoot issues encountered during daily activities and resolve app/system issues efficiently

- Collaborate with internal HRIS, IT Analysts and stakeholders to reduce defects and implement improvements

- Document and track support requests and resolutions
