Job Description Backend Developer


Requirements/Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of senior-level experience with a strong focus on coding. Proficiency in Core Java, AWS, and Microservices architecture is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Backend Development : Extensive experience in backend development using Core Java to create robust and scalable applications.
  • AWS Integration : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ability to leverage AWS services to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of the backend infrastructure.
  • Microservices Architecture : Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Microservices architecture to build modular and independently deployable services.
  • Coding Excellence : Demonstrated coding excellence with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • System Optimization : Optimize backend systems for maximum speed and scalability. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and ensure the overall system efficiency.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Front End Developers, DevOps, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
  • Code Reviews : Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Core Java and hands-on experience with AWS services.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
