Job Description Role: Production Supervisor (Organic Farming and Processing) Level: Entry Level Budget: ₹5 LPA Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: M.Sc. in a related field (Agriculture Preferred) Location: Tawargera, Kushtagi Taluk, Koppal District, Karnataka, India Key Skills Production Management, Agriculture, Organic Farming, Food Safety, Traceability, Regulatory Compliance, Microbiological Analysis, Analytical Disposition, Staff Management, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Quick Learning, Problem Solving, Monitoring. Roles and Responsibilities accountable for the production of outputs and operating activities for food products. Maintaining records related to Food Safety and Traceability Should be able to track Both Farming and Processing Activities Manage all activities related to Customer Audits, Organic, ISO and Food Safety Audits Manage and coordinate a company-wide regulatory guidance, training and compliance effort Develop corrective/preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans Responsible for the microbiological and analytical disposition of all raw materials and products harvested and packed in the plant Help to develop and monitor a program of consistent product presentation to support the brand and corporate image Review and check plant sanitation Requirements Education: Must hold a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in a relevant field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the specified work location. Knowledge of Kannada is Mandatory Personal Attributes: Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage and coordinate working staff efficiently.
