The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
Ability to do Salesforce Configurations e.g., Managing Users, Security Controls, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
Ability to build flows (Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, Mobile Flows).
Ability to Load Data using data loading tools.
Ability to build Apex (Classes and Triggers), Lightning Web Components.
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
The Profile
3+ years of work experience in Salesforce and 1+ years of experience in Field Service.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, etc).
Ability to configure Work Rules and Service Objectives in support of Field Service business processes.
Exposure to integrations, developing and executing data migrations.
Experience in troubleshooting and working with end-users to ensure that applications meet theirs.
Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to the production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
Interest in taking ownership on products and projects.
Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
Needs to possess excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
Interest in studying and learning new things.
You have working knowledge of FSL and Lightning web Component
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
