THE JOBThis is a full-time, fully remote role for a Word Press Developer at Tarlton.io. You’ll work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team of engineers, designers, and strategists who are shaping platforms that serve millions of users.As a Word Press Developer, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling enterprise-level websites that power nationwide platforms. You will play a key role in architecting custom post types, developing dynamic content structures, and optimizing for performance and SEO.Your day-to-day will include:Developing and customizing Word Press themes, plugins, and templates.Building with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).Managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.Collaborating with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts.Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance.At Tarlton.io, we value independence and accountability.
