Position: Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pre-Requisites:

- Must-have: A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection (Will be verified)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients within the SAP ecosystem eager to embrace SAP S/4HANA and AI solutions.- Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients, guiding them through the migration process to our cloud-based SAP solutions.- Articulate the compelling benefits of SAP cloud offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.- Collaborate closely with our sales team, devising and executing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion.- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.- Exceed monthly lead generation targets, significantly contributing to our overall sales pipeline.

Monthly Lead Generation Targets:

- Generate a minimum of 30 qualified leads per month from new prospects.- Engage with at least 20 existing clients per month to discuss migration to SAP cloud solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within the IT or software industry.- Deep understanding of SAP solutions and cloud technologies, particularly the integration of SAP S/4HANA and AI.- Exceptional communication skills coupled with a talent for building rapport remotely.- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.- Impeccable organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Minimum Salary Requirement:

- The annual salary for this position ranges from INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Sales Incentive:

- In addition to the base salary, you'll be eligible for performance-based sales incentives tied to exceeding lead generation targets.- Unlock the potential for bonuses or commissions based on successful client conversions and revenue generated from cloud solution sales.
