3D Generalist

About Us Rotoris is a luxury watch brand that blends precision engineering with bold creativity. We are building an exceptional in-house 3D team to push boundaries in product storytelling, digital experiences, and cutting-edge visual design. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior 3D Generalist with proven expertise across the 3D pipeline — from modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering to animation. You will play a key role in crafting high-end visuals and cinematic product renders that showcase Rotoris’ vision of luxury, precision, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end 3D production for product renders, brand films, marketing visuals, and digital experiences. Create high-quality 3D assets: modeling, sculpting, texturing, shading, and lighting. Develop realistic product visualizations with an eye for detail and photorealism. Collaborate with designers, animators, and creative directors to bring concepts to life. Ensure optimization of 3D assets for multiple platforms (web, social, AR/VR, and video). Mentor and guide junior 3D artists to elevate overall team output. Stay updated with the latest tools, plugins, and industry trends to integrate into workflows. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist (agency, studio, or product brand background preferred). Strong proficiency in tools like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent. Expertise in texturing & shading (Substance Painter, Mari, Photoshop). Hands-on experience with render engines (Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or Arnold). Good understanding of animation principles and ability to create motion-ready assets. Knowledge of compositing (After Effects, Nuke, Fusion) is a plus. Strong artistic sense: color, composition, lighting, realism, and storytelling.
