Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Consultant - Zoho Consulting at our Dehradun location. As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in Zoho consulting projects, including mapping out strategies, addressing unique needs and challenges, and executing flawless implementation. You will work closely with clients to optimize workflows and lead them towards digital transformation.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Zoho experience and expertise- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Knowledge of CRM, Sales, and Marketing functionalities- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications in areas such as digital transformation, SMB growth, and business empowerment will be beneficial.
