About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with at least 6 months - 1 Year of experience in accounting and working knowledge of Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks while learning and growing within our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP
  • Prepare and issue sales and purchase invoices
  • Assist in maintaining ledgers, accounts receivable/payable, and cash book
  • Help with GST data preparation and filing support
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash expenses
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Support the senior accountant in daily accounting functions
  • Assist with data entry, billing, and routine financial reports
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (or TallyPrime)
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
