Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead to join our vibrant team. As a key member of the marketing technology team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, integrating implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for:-
Architect and design scalable and effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions following Salesforce recommendations and industry best practices to meet business objectives and marketing automation requirements.
Build a Solution blueprint highlighting details of each module of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution
Consent & preference management and PII data handling- privacy by design solution understanding
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the marketing technology team, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and other related modules.
Ability to build custom activities in Journey Builder
Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and journeys.
Build engagement campaigns, including email templates, Cloud Pages, Dynamic Content block, web pages, delivery rules, etc., and Interaction Studio content insertions
Design & and develop custom solutions using AMP script, SSJS, and other scripting languages within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
Web sitemap and SDK development to support capturing customer engagements in Interaction Studio or CDP
Design and implement data engineering and system integration workstreams
Diagnose and resolve issues related to data synchronization, email deliverability, and campaign performance.
Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and industry best practices.
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
