About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures for large-scale data processing. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and accessibility across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration and analytics.
  • Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, BI, Business teams) to deliver data solutions.
  • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and governance to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Manage data pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data tools.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing data workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
  • Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing.
  • Experience with Cloud Data Platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS Glue, GCP BigQuery, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for data workflows.
  • Exposure to machine learning data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance practices.

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
