About the Role:

The Associate Director - Counselling will be instrumental in devising strategic processes, guiding the counselling teams, and driving growth initiatives for Leap Scholar.

The charter for this role will include:

  • Owning a regional P&L account for your team of counsellors.
  • Leading a team of counsellors and team managers by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
  • Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Auditing, overlooking and implementing all operations initiatives for the organization and efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leveraging a high degree of independence and decision-making autonomy to drive the team's 10X growth by owning the end-to-end process from TOFU to BOFU.

Ideal Persona would:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in study abroad industry.
  • Have over 10-12 years of experience managing P&L with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Have experience scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Be exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics.
  • Be competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Build a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
