Senior Communications Executive - Sampark Foundation


Job Overview: We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Communications Executive to lead our communications efforts at Sampark Foundation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to support business goals and enhance the company’s reputation across all channels, online and offline.
  • Align communication plans with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring consistency across all messaging.

 

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid media, social media, email, SEO, and content marketing.

 

Internal Communications:

  • Lead internal communication initiatives to engage employees and promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Develop and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to communicate key messages effectively across the organization.


Content Development:

  • Creation of content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company’s values and objectives.

 

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and manage communication strategies to engage key stakeholders

 

Measurement & Reporting:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve communication efforts continuously.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex communication challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in education.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of print and digital marketing materials
  • Event planning experience and agency background are a plus.

Location: Noida, Sector 132 (On-Site)

 

Working days: 5 days a week with 2nd Saturday compulsory work and working hours 10 am - 7pm.
