ResponsibilitiesA problem solver who has led engineering teams and wants to push the envelope in AI and real world problems. You will be playing a key role in leading the tech team.

QualificationsGraduated from top engineering university.8+ years in ML/CV research and engineering, with proven team leadership experienceTrack record of hiring and developing high-performing technical teamsExpertise in architecting large-scale AI systems using PyTorch or TensorFlowDeep knowledge of computer vision, algorithm optimization, and distributed trainingStrong foundation in statistical modeling and cutting-edge deep learning techniquesExperience scaling AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)Ability to set technical direction and drive innovation in AI/MLSkilled in establishing engineering culture, best practices, and organizational valuesFull-stack development proficiency to guide end-to-end product developmentStrategic thinking to align technical solutions with business objectivesPublications or patents in ML/CV fields are a plus
