Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Service Max 360, customizations, third-party software, and emerging technologies. Identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions. Create testing and implementation plans for process changes. Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs. Develop training documentation, videos, and user guides, empowering the Global Service team, leaders, and cross-functional partners. Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive Salesforce initiatives and projects. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Provide technical support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for users at all levels. Customize Salesforce to support business processes and workflows. Configure user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings. Develop custom fields, objects, page layouts, record types, and validations. Import, export, and maintain clean and accurate data using data loader or other tools. Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities. Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes. Design and implement automation processes using workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and other automation tools. Create and manage email templates, approval processes, and assignment rules. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights. Document processes, procedures, and system changes.

Qualifications

Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service, including creating customizations, dashboards, adding third-party applications, and reporting. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, with experience as a Salesforce implementation project lead being highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical/business solutions. Strong collaboration, influence, and consensus-building skills. SAP experience is desirable. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, with relevant Salesforce certifications (., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator). Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce DX. Experience with the development tools and Deployment tools such as VS Code, changesets, Git hub and COPADO. Proficiency in data management and governance within Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
