Overview: The ResidentMedical Officer (RMO) position is a crucial role within ourhealthcare organization providing essential medical care andsupport to patients. The RMO plays a key role in deliveringhighquality healthcare services managing patient care andcollaborating with the medical team to ensure the best possibleoutcomes.KeyResponsibilities:

• Manage and treatmedical emergencies and provide initial assessment and care forpatients.
• Coordinate with consulting physiciansand specialists for patient treatment and careplans.
• Conduct regular patient rounds assesstheir conditions and provide appropriate medical care andtreatment.
• Ensure accurate and timelydocumentation of patient medical records and treatmentplans.
• Monitor and respond to changes inpatient conditions providing necessaryinterventions.
• Assist in surgical proceduresand postoperative care as required.
• Participatein multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress andcare plans.
• Provide educational support topatients and their families regarding their medical conditions andtreatment plans.
• Adhere to establishedprotocols and guidelines to maintain patient safety and qualitycare standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staffand other healthcare professionals to optimize patient caredelivery.
• Participate in continuous medicaleducation and training programs to stay updated on medicaladvancements and best practices.
• Contribute tomaintaining a safe and clean workingenvironment.
• Support and follow organizationalpolicies and procedures for medical care anddocumentation.

RequiredQualifications:

• MBBS degree and validmedical license.
• Previous experience as aResident Medical Officer or in a similar role ispreferred.
• Strong understanding of medicalprinciples practices and procedures.
• Excellentdiagnostic and problemsolvingabilities.
• Effective communication skills forinteracting with patients families and medicalstaff.
• Ability to work efficiently and makequick decisions in highpressuresituations.
• Sound knowledge of emergencyresponse protocols and procedures.
