Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate AI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, working with large datasets, and building scalable AI-driven applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intelligent solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
  • Optimize model performance and accuracy using advanced algorithms, hyperparameter tuning, and MLOps practices.
  • Deploy and integrate AI models into production-ready applications using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, frameworks, and tools in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Debug, monitor, and maintain AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing and Skills & Qualifications :
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or Generative AI projects.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and microservices for AI integration.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication to Have (Optional) :
  • Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models), transformers, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) for AI at scale.
