Key Responsibilities:
Lead with vision : Work alongside the Vice Chancellor to drive the academic and strategic direction of the university.
Champion innovation : Spearhead new academic programs, research initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaborations that set new standards of excellence.
Build a legacy : Shape the future of education by fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
Drive results : Ensure all programs and activities are aligned with UGC norms and exceed the expectations of our students, faculty, and the community.
Lead by example : Inspire and mentor faculty, staff, and students to achieve excellence in teaching, research, and administration.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not just looking for experience—we’re looking for passion, creativity, and a relentless drive to push boundaries. The right candidate will:
Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Have at least 10 years of teaching experience, including 5+ years in academic leadership.
Bring a proven track record of academic administration, research excellence, and impactful leadership.
Have a deep understanding of UGC norms, but not be afraid to innovate beyond them.
Possess a visionary mindset and exceptional decision-making skills, ready to face and conquer challenges head-on.
