Purpose of the Job Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates safety practices and standards and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training and keeps management updated on team performance. Job Role We are looking for a Lead engineer to develop and maintain our cloud solutions for Aquaculture. Eruvaka cloud platform includes IoT device management, Data Visualization, Data Analysis and Machine learning. Responsibilities  Responsible backend development. Work with Project Managers, developers and QA and deliver software as per business requirements.  Analyze and understand business requirements and prepare detailed design for Backend and Database  Perform code and design reviews and guide the team in development.  Follow development process and practices  Solve non-trivial coding and architecture problems with simple and innovative solutions Qualification, Experience and Skills required:  Bachelor’s degree  Minimum + years’ experience as a Backend Developer  Experience in developing RESTful APIs for Web and Mobile applications  Proficient in backend development with experience in designing solutions using MongoDB,  Knowledge in different JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue)  Experience with a CI/CD pipeline and deploying solutions in Cloud  Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git  Familiar with serverless architecture Leadership Competencies  Team Leadership Experience  Interviewing Skills  Employee Training Experience  Product Knowledge and Industry Experience
