Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and configure SAP GTS to meet business requirements and international trade regulations.

- Provide expertise in areas such as customs management, trade compliance, and risk management using SAP GTS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements in trade compliance.

- Conduct requirement analysis, system configuration, and testing of SAP GTS solutions.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (customs, logistics providers) to streamline international trade processes.

- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting in SAP GTS.

- Support training, documentation, and post-implementation support for end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working with SAP GTS, specifically in implementation and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.

- Expertise in import/export processes, trade documentation, and global trade regulations.

- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration with GTS.

- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize existing processes.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP GTS Certification.

- Experience in working with third-party software and interfaces (e.g., customs brokers, shipping companies).

- Experience in ABAP debugging for GTS-related issues is a plus.

- Knowledge of global trade regulations, such as sanctioned party screening and export control.

- Prior experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
