We are looking for a Social Media Manager with experience in D2C brands who can take charge of our brand's digital presence, drive engagement, and optimise conversions while prioritising goodwill and trust above all. Prior experience in Ayurveda, wellness, or holistic health is a big plus

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Ayurveda and wellness audiences.
  • Define content pillars, posting schedules, and engagement tactics to maximise reach and impact.
  • Align social media initiatives with broader marketing, branding, and sales objectives.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging, high-quality, educational, and conversion-driven content (videos, carousels, reels, infographics, emails etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Write compelling copy, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.).
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, and ad formats.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Manage and grow the brand's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and wellness communities.
  • Execute engagement strategies such as polls, Q&As, and live sessions to boost interaction.

Advertising & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan and manage social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Optimise targeting, bidding, and retargeting to maximise ROI.
  • Work with the performance marketing team to align organic and paid strategies.

Trend Spotting & Innovation

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand storytelling and engagement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing funnels, and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in tools for digital marketing including content creation, analytics, media management, ad managers etc.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content tailored for different platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in Ayurveda/wellness D2C brands.
